We believe in delivering simple, stable, extensible software. BlueReview is a GIS enabled web-based tool and mobile app to help you reduce the cost and liability of managing and completing One-Call Center locate requests and other fieldwork.

BlueReview, LLC was founded in August 2009 by civil engineering dynamic duo—father and son, Paul and Matt Hirst. As leaders of one of the West’s first civil engineering firms, Caldwell Richards Sorensen (CRS) established in 1905, the idea for BlueReview was born by listening to customers and a 100+ year legacy of engineering solutions for public and private utilities.

CRS’ talented engineers, GIS professionals, software developers, and IT staff set-out to develop a solution to help a customer manage One-Call Center locate request tickets—in a simple, easy-to-implement-in-the-field solution. And so it began…

BlueReview was immediately embraced by several municipalities, water and sewer districts, and other utility owners. Today, BlueReview continues to expand and grow. Our customers are happy. Our solution is available from any computer or mobile device with access to the Internet—including our apps for iPad® and iPhone®. We are partnered with leading industry-specific software solution providers like Caselle® and Cityworks®. And we are always striving to improve our service and bring value to you, our users and customers.
